Kenneth A. Castellucci is the sole owner of the firm.  He is the sixth generation of his family, dating back to 1828, to be continuously involved in the fabrication and installation of natural stone. Since 1960, he has completed numerous projects throughout New England, maintaining offices in New York city and Washington, DC. He has been a lifetime proponent in the use of natural stone and has an ongoing relationship with top Architects throughout the Northeast and beyond.  Kenneth remains the driving force behind the business, his expertise in all things stone is unmatched in the industry.  He has established his company as the "Trademark" in the stone industry. Kenneth holds a Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. He has recruited and mentored over twenty-five Wentworth graduates through his years in the stone industry.

Michael is responsible for the day-to-day operations of KC&A, he oversees bidding, contracts, purchasing, drafting, engineering, project management, field operations, etc.  Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, assigning drafting responsibilities, purchasing materials, overseeing project management and field operations, monitoring fabrication of materials, project schedules, installation and project cost reporting.  He works directly with Architects and Contractors to ensure that a quality product is delivered on time and within budget. Michael has been in the stone business for 39 years. He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA – 1979.


James Kennedy, Project Manager

James joined the KC&A team in 2007.  He worked for 2 years, in the field alongside our craftworkers, which are by far, the best in the industry. He gained the bottom-up knowledge of the skills required to complete all phases of projects, small and large, commercial and residential. James resided in NYC for several years to manage the renovation of the New York Palace Hotel, while there, he also managed the complete renovation of the Barclay Intercontinental Hotel in NYC, which included all public spaces along with over 700 guest rooms and suites and several Lobby renovations at the Park Avenue Tower.  He also managed ten new "High Roller" lobby installations at the Mohegan Sun casino in CT, and managed several of our large projects at the newly constructed Encore Boston Casino in Boston, MA.  James earned a degree in Finance from Northeastern University in 2005.

David began work at KC&A in 2004 during winter and summer breaks while attending college. Initially began working in the field alongside our Craftsmen, learning first-hand, the skills that are required to work in the natural stone industry.  Upon completion of college in 2008, became an Assistant Project Manager, working on various projects throughout the area.  In 2011, relocated to Indiana for one year to serve as the Project Manager overseeing the quarrying, fabrication, production and quality control of the Limestone that was installed on the exterior the new 23 story Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s World Headquarters in Boston, MA, David also managed the building of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Library in Bourne, MA and the complete  three year, ground-up, renovation of the Beechwood Mansion/Museum in Newport, RI and most recently, the Garden Pavilion/Mausoleum  at a private residence in Norwood, MA.


John Pistacchio, General Field Foreman

John is the third generation of his family to work here at KC&A. He has been an integral part of KC&A for 32 years. John’s training began as a stone setter and progressed through the skill levels necessary to become a Job Foreman. He is currently the General Field Foreman for all employed workers. His responsibilities include overall supervision of all field personnel, oversight on the installation of all KC&A projects, also manages the labor resources for each project, resulting in successful, high-quality, award winning projects within the specified schedule.
